About Us

Ever since I was a small girl I have loved hunting for sea glass. It felt as if I was finding jewels in the sand.

In later life, inspired by a love of beach combing and jewellery, Solas Sea Glass was established in 2020.

​

Sea glass has been gently tumbled by the ocean for twenty to one hundred years creating its smooth and frosted texture.

 

Each piece of glass has been bezel set in silver exactly as found, retaining its individuality and creating an authentically original piece.

All jewellery is made by hand in Edinburgh on the East Coast of Scotland.
