Delivery
We offer free shipping on all UK deliveries. All orders will be posted Royal Mail First Class Large Letter within 1-2 working days of order and will fit through your letter box. We use all eco friendly and recyclable packaging.
International postage is £12 flat rate. Buyer is responsible for import duties and tax.
Please allow up to 5 working days for "made to order" to be handmade and shipped.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and proof of postage is strongly recommended. In the event of the item being lost in transit a refund will only be provided with proof of postage.
Custom Orders
We are always delighted to accept custom orders. Your own special piece of glass can be used to make a precious piece of jewellery or I can help you select a piece from my own large collection.
Materials
All our jewellery is made from 100% recycled Stirling Silver.
Gold Vermeil is Stirling Silver with a thick coating of 22k gold plating. Standard gold plating has 0.5 microns of gold. Our pieces have 3 microns ensuring the highest quality. The gold plating is carried out by a third party.
Under UK law Stirling Silver jewellery which falls under 7.78g does not require hallmarking.
